Position is for a Director of Religious Activities and Education (internal title: Interchurch Worship Director) with an Indonesian Evangelist Church located in San Bernardino, CA, responsible for creating guidelines for the praise and worship teams at member churches of the Synod to promote unity among the churches. 

Duties include, but are not limited to: plan and oversee implementation of Evangelist outreach and worship events; meeting with and mentoring church team leaders to assist leaders in understanding guidelines; leading Bible studies; giving workshops and seminars  on worship and biblical topics; plan and coordinate church/community events such as monthly praise and worship nights, revivals, and seminars; collaborating with Senior Pastor to plan for church planting; and participating in daily prayer meetings. 

Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience. Experience as an Elementary Teacher is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.

Jobsite: Employee will be regularly required to travel to various different locations of the Church, within San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. It is not possible to anticipate the frequency of this travel. The frequency of this travel will vary and be on an as-needed basis.
